Proposal to develop property located in the south-eastern resort part of city, directly in the beach zone of the Black Sea. The northern part of the property is bounded by the Simferopol-Evpatoria highway. To the eastern side is the Solnishko recreational complex. To the west is the beach and to the south, the Black Sea.
There is no engineering infrastructure on this land.
This area covers 5.16 hectares. The approximate cost of the land is 151.4 Hriven per square meter for a total of 7,812,200 Hriven. However, due to the existence of construction restrictions and the lack of engineering networks, the price has been adjusted to 5,160,000 Hriven.
This area is offered for the construction of a campsite and beach structures under Zone 1 protection restrictions.
