A proposal for the development of an area located in the western part of the city. This area is bounded on its eastern edge by ‘60 Years VLKSM Street’ and city apartment buildings. In this sub region there is a retail network as well as drugstores and home service businesses. Schools, children’s clinics, nursery art schools and Hotel Rodnichok are all nearby. The south side of this area borders town lands – land of the station of young technicians and park zones. The north side is also bounded by town lands, including the Moynaki 'Clinic' which uses the lake's medicinal muds, as well as park zones. To the west, this area is bounded by Sanatorium Rodina and is only 400 meters from Lake Moynaki, with its medicinal muds.
An important characteristic of this site is that is located 1650 meters from the Black Sea.
The city tram line passes alongside this region, following ‘60 Years ВЛКСМ Street’, linking it with different regions of the city and directly with the seaside and the resort portions of city. The railway and bus stations are two kilometers away. Public van-line stops are also located here.
This territory has the necessary engineering networks.
This area covers 1.4 hectares. The approximate cost of the land in this area is 74.2 Hriven per square meter for a total cost of 1,038,800 Hriven. However, the selling price for the area is adjusted to 1,120,000 Hriven.
This area is offered for development in a Zone 2 protected region (which means there are some restrictions on development) and on the condition of an amendment to the city’s general plan for development.
