Proposal for the development of an area located in the south-west resort region, in the village Zaozernoe. The area is bounded on its southern side by the shore of the Black Sea, a defining characteristic of this land’s potential. Friendship Alley makes the northern boundary. The east and west sides meet with sanatorium territory, Hotel Burevestnik and Pioneer Youth Camp Unost.
This area covers 23 hectares and its beach zones cover approximately 250 meters. This territory is covered by sand (and partly covered by trees and shrubbery) and is 2.2 hectares. A salt lake, covering 7.2 hectares, is situated in the center of this territory.
This area is equipped with engineering networks.
The approximate cost of this land 82.5 Hriven per square meter for a gross total of 18,975,000 Hriven. However, part of territory is covered by water and the remaining dry land covers 14.5 hectares for a total sale price of 12,650,000 Hriven.
This area is offered for use in accordance with the city’s general plan for development and with Zone 1 and Zone 2 protection restrictions. On this
 territory it is permissable to develop recreation facilities such as a recreational center or a water park. All construction must take into account the proximity of the lake and the nearness to the surface of the watertable.
