Proposal for the development of an area located on the south-eastern resort zone on the outskirts of the city and directly bordering the Black Sea. The north side of this land is bordered by the railroad line and the east by the main Simferopol – Evpatoria highway. The western edge abuts private construction and the south edge is bounded by the shore of the Black Sea.
This region’s direct vicinity to car routes and railway lines allows access from Evpatoria’s railway station and bus terminal by van taxi, bus, commuter rail or tram.

This area covers 4.3 hectares, including beach property on 2.66 hectares. The approximate cost of this area is 275.93 Hriven per square meter for a total of 11,865,000 Hriven. However, considering the lack of a sewage network and the proximity of the railway line, the selling price is adjusted to 4,290,000 Hriven.
This area is offered for development in accordance with the city’s general plan for development and with Zone 1 protection restrictions, or for the construction of a campsite.
