Proposal to develop an area located in the northwest part of the city. Farmlands adjoin the property’s east side. To the south are the protected lands of the medical Lake Moynaki. Along the northern side is the limited access road to the village Mirniy and to the west the property adjoins the
 territory of the Cosmos organization.
The Black Sea waterfront is 3000 meters distant from this land and the railway and bus stations are 1500 meters away. Other regions of the city are easy to reach by van taxi and bus.
This area covers 36 Hectares. The approximate cost of the land is 72.6 Hriven per square meter for a gross total of 26,147,400 Hriven. However, due to the lack of direct access to engineering networks, the price is adjusted to 7,200,000 Hriven.
This area is available for construction of residential high-rise or stand-alone
 buildings. It is necessary to provide an engineering infrastructure and prepare the legal basis (documentation) for transforming this territory from farmland.
