Proposal to develop an area located in the eastern part of the city. On the west the land borders a College . On the land’s southern side is the main highway from Simferopol to Evpatoria. The north and eastern portions of the land abut an abandoned lot.
The land is 1400 meters from the Black Sea.
In the land is directly linked to engineering networks.
The land covers 26 hectares. The approximate cost is 53.14 Hriven per square meter for a total of 13,816,800 Hriven. However, due to the distance from the city’s center and the proximity of the salt lake Sasyk-Sivash, the price the adjusted to 7,800,000 Hriven.
This area is offered for development of residential buildings, possibly the
 construction of cottages (under the condition of adjusting the city’s general plan of development). For construction planning, it will be necessary to take into consideration that this area is located in a Zone 2 protected region.
