| Sanitarium "40 let Oktiabra" is one of oldest in Evpatoria and was built in 1914 for the treatment or Russian soldiers wounded on the WWI front. After its destruction in WWII, it was re-built with the look of a palace. |

The sanitarium is located 300 meters from the Black Sea with its own sandy beach.
The sanitarium treats people suffering from diseases of posture and bearing and of the peripheral nervous, gynecological and upper respiratory systems.
The sanitarium uses modern medical-diagnostic equipment and mud and water therapy procedures which make use of the complex’s own mineral water well.
The sanitarium club has a library, billiards, dance and athletic platforms and organizes excursions through the city and to the rest of Crimea.
Rooms are for 2 to 4 people with partial or full amenities.
Price per bed per day runs from 70 Hriven and above depending on conditions of the stay.
