The high-rise building was built right on the seashore in the city’s resort area in 1985. The buildings look directly into the open sea. In front of the sanatorium’s windows are two decorative pools. The distance from the sea is 100 meters. Directly in front is the health clinic’s large beach. 4.6 Hectares of the complex’s 8.9 Hectares are located in a wooded park zone.
Sanitarium Primorie’s sleeping building is connected to the two-story medical-diagnostic building, the dinning room, a club and a children’s game room.
The sanatorium belongs to the Evpatoria Water Therapy Clinic.
There are wonderful possibilities here for great leisure time: there is a library, a children’s game room, a comfortable club with computer games as well as discos, a video salon, athletic areas and a training room. Year-round there is a cafe-store, rental point and various kiosk and news-stands. Students receive tutoring on school subjects.
The sanitarium has a hotel. Cottages, hidden in the greenery, were previously visited only by VIPs - causing the hotel to get the nickname the ‘White House.’
Directly in front of the sanitarium’s territory is a sandy beach.
The rooms in the sanatorium are for 2 or 3 people with all comforts. The price per bed per day runs from 80 Hriven and above depending on the terms of the stay.
